Character Creation

Starting from reference images, we build a character concept — face structure, defining features, style markers. The reference set is curated for diversity: angles, lighting, expressions. Quality in, quality out.

LoRA Training

Custom Low-Rank Adaptation models trained on Flux. Each character gets a unique trigger word and trained weights that encode identity at the model level. Training runs on our distributed GPU mesh — dual RTX 4070 Ti SUPER nodes with optimised pipelines.

Identity Validation

Every output is validated through face clustering and CLIP similarity scoring. We measure identity retention across poses, lighting, and style variations. Characters that drift get retrained. Consistency isn't optional.
