Conversation Intelligence
A staged analysis service turns long conversations into source-linked topics, entities, and other signals without hiding incomplete work.
Long threads make it difficult to see how subjects, named entities, affective signals, decisions, and unresolved points move across individual messages.
Messages enter a staged analysis boundary with a stable source link. Topic discovery, entity extraction, and other signal families are stored separately against that link, so retrieval can reconnect a selected signal to the message context that produced it.
Stage outcomes remain distinct. If one family is partial or fails, completed families remain available and the overall result does not masquerade as complete analysis. A requested clear is reserved for full success, leaving partial or failed staged work available for inspection or retry.
This preserves traceability while allowing independent analysis families to be retried without erasing each other’s results.
