Competitive Intelligence Platform
A historical research system that queued source collection and comparative analysis while keeping retained evidence separate from interpretation.
Competitive research becomes hard to trust when every comparison starts from a fresh manual snapshot. This implementation treated collected source material as a durable evidence layer that could be inspected and reused.
An asynchronous workflow combined configured inputs with optional search discovery, queued collection work, and retained successful page records. Extraction and comparative analysis operated over those records rather than over transient page fetches alone.
The dated audit also exposed the critical boundary: workflow completion did not guarantee a durable analysis result or a visible comparative view. Source persistence worked; the analysis-output handoff remained incomplete.
Periodic monitoring, reporting, and a later shared-service direction are shown as incomplete or undeployed, not as production capability.
